Please read carefully the terms and policies in the conditions of this contract. In placing an online payment, you agree to be bound by these conditions which constitute the agreement between you and Yolanda Marin, Tami LoPresti and Jenny McGurk.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the retreat. You may cancel for 50% refund by February 10th, 2026.

There will be 4 equal payments on the following dates: sign-up date, 12/8/25, 1/8/26, and 2/8/26.

Your final payment is due on 2/8/2026. Failure to pay by the deadline can result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Because cancellations after 2/11/26 are non-refundable, it is recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events like illness, emergencies, or travel issues.

You must be of sound mind and body to participate in our retreats. We strongly encourage travel insurance for medical or other unforeseen circumstances.
