I'm a former educator who happily spent years in academia, and thrived until I became sick and weak from multiple autoimmune illnesses. These experiences were the reason why I embarked on a journey toward wellness, inner knowing, and spirituality. Medicine could only do so much, and I wasn't satisfied to resign myself to physical illness. Although I'd been raised in a deeply religious household, I'd always chafed against the dogmatic parameters and contradictory rules of organized religion.

I began to feel an inner pull--a quiet and persistent call to seek truth beyond the boundaries I'd known. I sought out books, mentors, spiritual coaches/shamans, and meditative practices that inspired me to keep growing and improving.

Though my process was sometimes messy and scary, it was also hopeful and filled with wonder. Since then, I've become an Cosmic Numerologist, a certified Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, a Magdalene, and a seeker of esoteric knowledge. My former religious background and ongoing studies of gnostic texts allow me a unique and open view of spirituality.

I share my knowledge through my individual readings and mentoring appointments.

I also facilitate Meditative Retreats in the US and Rennes-le-Chateau--the mystical Southern Provence region of France.
