I'm a former educator who happily spent years in academia, and thrived until I became sick and weak from multiple autoimmune illnesses after a complicated pregnancy. These experiences were the reason why I embarked on a journey toward wellness, inner knowing, and spirituality. Medicine could only take me so far, and I wasn't satisfied to resign myself to constant physical illness.

I began to feel an inner pull--a quiet and persistent call to seek truth beyond the boundaries I'd known. Although I'd been raised in a deeply religious household, I'd always chafed against the dogmatic parameters and contradictory rules of organized religion. So, over many years, I connected with mentors, spiritual coaches/shamans, texts, and meditative practices that inspired me to keep growing and improving.

Though my process was sometimes messy and scary, it was also hopeful and filled with immense wonder. Since then, I've become an ordained Priestess of the Sacred Order of the Marys & Magdalenes, a Cosmic Numerologist, a certified Holy Fire Reiki practitioner, and a seeker of esoteric knowledge. My former religious background and ongoing studies of gnostic texts allow me a unique and open view of spirituality.

I also facilitate Meditative Retreats in the US and Rennes-le-Chateau--the mystical Southern Provence region of France.
