We then reinforce that connection through nature walks and short hikes through natural trails, immersing ourselves in the beauty of the tropical landscape. Every step is an invitation to breathe in the pure energy of the land and reflect on our own inner landscapes.

A highlight of the retreat is our hike to the top of a magnificent volcano! This hike is both a physical challenge and a spiritual opportunity. As we ascend, we practice deep breathing, drawing in the energy of the country, connecting with the earth beneath our feet, and going inward to discover what we need to release.

Throughout our time together, we make space to gather together, inviting each person to share an experience or emotion that they are grappling with and wish to transmute. Every person is supported through this transformative journey. Through this shared vulnerability, we create a safe space to be seen and heard.

I am a former educator who grew up within the Christian community, but often questioned the restrictive dogma and control. I am now a Spiritual mentor for those who are seeking more knowledge beyond the bounds of organized religion.

I employ Numerology, Reiki, meditative practices and one-on-one sessions to cater to individual needs. I am also a Magdalene who runs retreats in the south of France and Central America. My interests lie with the mystical and esoteric.
